Canteen Introduction

The canteen of Gingko College of Hospitality Management covers a total area of nearly 10,000 square meters and is divided into three floors: each floor is separated into an optional dishes zone, special food zone, Gingko flavor zone, halal food zone, teaching staff restaurant, and guarantee restaurant that serve safe, wholesome, and nutrient-rich food. There are full-time dietitians and food hygiene and safety administrators working in the canteen, which receives more than 8,000 teachers and students daily and provides more than 200 categories of food per meal to meet the dining needs of teachers and students. The canteen would publicize each group of dining accessories and set up a democratic supervision position for students to check the sanitation of the kitchen and kitchen utensils. The diet committee would organize students to irregularly supervise and inspect the canteen and allow teachers and students to understand the canteen operating procedure in real time through real-time and transparent management.
